I've always loved cardio, it really makes me sweat. With strength training added to my routine, it's perfect! Basic-Fit has a lot of weights and machines, and the staff are always there to give tips and advice. Everyone is there to train and stay fit. We encourage each other as a real community, I've even made friends there! If you're looking for a fun and motivating fitness experience, Basic-Fit is definitely worth it!

I have been working out at Basic-Fit for two years now. The wide range of gyms means you can train anywhere you want. You can even work out abroad!
Each gym has a different atmosphere. If you doubt whether Basic-Fit suits you, you can always have a look in different clubs. I can be found often in the free weight zone :)

Leg day Lover
The best way for me to have a good training session for my legs is a combination of different exercices. I'm combining exercises with the bar on the squat rack, followed by free weights and the guided machines for my legs. This works great for me!
I love legg day because it's the day where I'm able to really push myself. To go beyond my physical and mental limits! 💪
