The program is suitable for all beginning sporters and fun nonetheless! 

Sports and exercise help you to have a healthy body and a fit mind, and above all: to make you feel great! The Basic-Fit Starter Training Plan is designed for you as a beginning sporter, to help you feel confident in the gym. You get to know the exercises, the machines and weights to be able to continue your fitness journey on your own.

Beginner gym workout plan: the set-up

The Starter Training Plan lasts 12 weeks, divided in two parts of 6 weeks. In this 12-week beginner program for the gym, you will get to know the gym set-up, our machines, the tools and how to use them right. You'll learn about recovery, hydration, protein intake and other important aspects of fitness. ​At the end of your training plan you'll not only feel stronger and fitter - you will feel confident to hit the gym as often as you like and do your next workouts independantly in the club.

PART ONE: 3 workouts per week (10-45 minutes each). Focus on loosing weight, improving performance and getting fit.

PART TWO (3 workouts per week). All about getting toned and getting stronger.

Every week a new strength machine will be introduced. We'll talk about what muscles it targets, how it's used and how to set it up for your bodytype and level. After completing this training plan you'll be able to use all tools and machines without help.

In addition to the workouts we'll be teaching you all about fitness, recovery, hydration, protein and the club and its services, through various blogs. You'll be a fitness expert in no time!
