Need some extra support? This is now possible with the Personal Online Coach! With the Personal Online Coach you get help from a certified personal trainer to reach your fitness goals. Besides a customized training schedule, you get nutrition and lifestyle tips, and it is possible to track your weekly results with your trainer. And you don't have to leave the house to do this; you can do it all from home 😉 .
As a member of Basic-Fit you can follow all your favourite virtual GXR group lessons wherever and whenever you want. Whether it's a Box, Bootcamp or Booty class, with GXR on demand you have more than 150 GXR classes at hand. Best of all, new classes are added every 3 months and you will be the first to try them out.
