When you sign up online at Basic-Fit in Valencia you will receive a personalised training programme free of charge for the first six weeks, so you can get off to a good start in getting fit! Lack motivation - no problem! In our gyms we have a number of personal trainers who will be happy to supervise your training. You don't feel like going to the gym on a regular basis? We have the solution for that too: in our free Basic-Fit app you will find a wide range of exercises and training tables, so that you can follow your own pace at home. What's more, you can also follow the classes virtually 24 hours a day. Seriously, with Basic-Fit you have no excuse not to start training right now.
OUR CLASSES AND FACILITIES
If you get bored training alone, you have no excuse either, because with Basic-Fit you can opt for group classes in three ways: our group GXR classes can be followed in the gym, virtually every 30 minutes or live with a monitor; but also on demand from home through the Basic-Fit app. In addition, the virtual instructor will help you stay motivated in any of our clubs, and from our app you can also follow an individual training programme and monitor your progress. Of course, if you are "old school" you can do all this in your own gym, your own way or with the help of one of our personal trainers.
BASIC-FIT PLANS AND PRICES
Like all Basic-Fit gyms, our fitness club in Valencia has very competitive prices, and three solutions to suit all budgets and needs. At Basic-Fit we offer you three plans: Basic, Comfort and Premium. With the Basic plan you will be able to train in your nearest gym (home club), for example the gym in Valencia. You will not have access to the virtual trainer or to the GXR classes from home. You cannot share your membership with another person. With the Comfort plan you will have access to any of our Basic-Fit gyms in Spain and all over Europe. You can also let yourself be guided by the virtual instructor and access the GXR classes from home. The Comfort plan is also personal and non-transferable, so you will not be able to share your membership with anyone else. With the Premium plan all Basic-Fit services are at your fingertips: you can access any Basic-Fit gym in Spain and all over Europe, use the virtual instructor, follow the GXR classes from home 24 hours a day, and you can share your membership with a friend or family member. You can't ask for more!
