By checking the box to authorize SEPA direct debits, you authorize Basic Fit Spain, S.A. to send your bank a direct debit mandate to debit an amount from your account and, to your bank to continuously debit an amount from your account according to the mandate of Basic Fit Spain S.A. If you do not agree with this debit, you can return it. To do so, please contact your bank within 8 weeks after the charge. Ask your bank about the conditions.

You also declare that you are aware of the General Terms and Conditions and the particular conditions of your Contract as well as the right of withdrawal and right of appeal.

Consequently, you declare that you are aware that by checking this box and clicking on the Continue button, you are aware that your contract has a minimum duration of 52 days:

• Your contract has a minimum duration of 52 weeks, unless you choose the Flex option which allows you to cancel your subscription at any time with 1 week's notice, depending on the chosen mode.
• After the initial term, your contract will be tacitly renewed for successive 4-week periods, unless you request otherwise.
•  Your contract implies a recurring payment every 4 weeks.
