Zumba group classes are great, because everyone in the session really feeds off each other’s energy and spirit. Your instructor will also be there to guide you and help you learn from your workout buddies.

Zumba is perfect for weight-loss training. The non-stop movement and high energy levels throughout the classes really push up your heart rate and get you sweating. The best part is, you don’t really feel exhausted, because you’re having so much fun.

Yes, of course. Zumba is great for all levels of fitness and dance skills. You don’t have to be a world-class dancer to get the best workout ever from a Zumba class. Your instructors are here to guide you and you’ll get better with every session.

At Basic-Fit the answer is usually whatever is comfortable, but with Zumba being so energetic and full of movement, we would suggest a good pair of leggings, a comfortable top and a pair of dance shoes if you have. A pair of old running shoes is also ideal as they have softened up a bit.

All you really need is your energetic self, some comfortable clothes, a towel and a bottle of water.
