Our Running Plans for beginners as well as our plans for advanced runners, are created in collaboration with TwoZeroNine. It teaches you how to start running and offers expert guidance throughout your entire training journey.

Beginner program

Whether you're completely new to running or have tried it before, this beginner running plan plan is for you. The running schedules for beginners are designed to guide all participants from no running experience to completing a continuous 30-minute run. It helps build confidence, makes running fun, and encourages a lasting active lifestyle.

Intermediate program

The intermediate plan is designed for enthousiastic runners who are hoping to run longer distances and improve their performance. It will guide you in extending your run time from 30 minutes to a full hour of continuous running.

Running regularly is great for your health! It gives a boost of energy, plus it enhances your confidence and self-esteem. The better you feel in your own skin, the more naturally you'll make healthy choices, from the foods you eat to the way you care for yourself.

In this Training Plan, you'll be guided by two running experts: Michel Butter, a top marathon runner from the Netherlands, and Guido Hartensveld, an international running coach, both from TwoZeroNino. They will lead you through various workouts with audio and video sessions, as well as blogs.
