How do I cancel my membership with Basic-Fit?

We don't want to see you go. but you can easily cancel via My Basic-Fit or the kiosk in the club.

Please note: We have a notice period that you need to take into account. Also note that with some memberships you have a minimum contract duration of 52 weeks.

A cancellation is completely free of charge through My Basic-Fit or at the orange kiosk in the club. Please keep these two conditions in mind if you want to cancel: 

-The minimum duration of your contract (4 weeks or 52 weeks) 

-The notice period

Note: It is possible to request a cancellation through a third party. However, these parties are not in collaboration with Basic-Fit and might charge you a cancellation fee.


If you have cancelled, you need to take the notice period into account. The direct debit only stops after the expiry of the notice period or minimum contract period. You can find the end date of your contract here.

You've made the awesome choice to remain a Basic-Fit member! The reverse cancellation can be easily done before your contract's end date via My Basic-Fit. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail and can keep enjoying your membership! 

Please note: If your contract end date has already passed, it is not possible to reverse the cancellation anymore.
