CANCELLING BASIC-FIT MEMBERSHIP

How do I cancel my Basic-Fit membership?

We'll be sorry to see you go, but if you do wish to cancel your membership, just do the following:

  1. Go to 'My Basic-Fit', then click on 'Subscription' in the main menu
  2. Select the 'cancel membership' button
     

Contract Duration for Basic & Premium

Basic- and Premium Memberships can be cancelled at any time, after the minimum contract period of one year and with a notice period of 4 weeks from the date of the next withdrawal. If you paid your annual subscription in one go when you registered, your subscription will be automatically terminated at the end of the contract period. Earlier cancellation is not possible.

Flex Option

Thanks to the Flex option, you can cancel your Basic- or Premium Membership at any time, with a notice period of 4 weeks from the date of the next withdrawal.
