I. General
1. This action is valid from 30 August 2021 up until 1 October 2021.
2. By participating in the action “Motivational Quote” (the “Action”) the participant declares that it accepts the content of these action conditions.
3. This action does not constitute, nor will it result in, an employment relationship between the participant and Basic-Fit.
II. Participation
4. Participation is possible by sending Basic-Fit your quote on one of our social media channels, either in a questionnaire or by question sticker reply in Instagram Stories.
5. Participation in the action is free.
6. Participation is open to everyone, except with for: - Basic-Fit employees; - persons under the age of sixteen; and - persons between the ages of sixteen and eighteen without parental consent to participate.
7. Each participant can submit a maximum of 10 entries.
8. Basic-Fit reserves the right to exclude participants if there are reasonable grounds for this, such as in particular in the event of (suspected) fraud, infringement of the rights of third parties, violation of morality or unlawful influencing of the action.
III. Prizes
9. In total there is one prize to be won, namely one Basic-Fit membership with a duration of one year, as well as one year of free add-ons of your choice. If the participant is already a Basic-Fit member of a, Basic-Fit will set the relevant membership including its add-ons to free for a period of one year.
10. The social media community of Basic-Fit selects the winner from all participants after the action has ended. A total of one winner will be selected.
11. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
12. Basic-Fit is not responsible for any additional expenditure that the winner may have to make in connection with the participation in this action.
IV. Intellectual property and data
13. By participating in this action, you declare that you are the owner of your submission. Basic-Fit is not liable for any damage as a result of infringement of third-party rights.
14. Basic-Fit has the right to publish and reproduce the submissions, even if the participant is not the winner of the promotion. Any copyrights that may rest on the submission are hereby transferred to Basic-Ft by the participant.
15. As part of the promotion, the participants provide certain personal data to Basic-Fit. This data is not shared with third parties and is only used to the extent necessary for the action. Basic-Fit will delete this data after the action.
16. By participating in this action, the winner grants permission to Basic-Fit to use his / her submitted personal data for promotional purposes in the context of the action.
