There are several options at Basic-Fit to get extra fitness support. The option 'Personal Training Intro' is when you will be assisted by a qualified Personal Trainer for 60 minutes. The personal trainer will help you reach your goal and thanks to their knowledge you will enjoy your training more, achieve faster results and reduce the risk of injuries! Another option is the 'Online Coach', where you can get help from a certified personal trainer via the app. This makes it even easier for you to work on your goals! You will receive a 12-week customized training program, advice on nutrition and lifestyle and have weekly check-ins with your trainer.
