After a sports session at Basic-Fit, I feel that I am doing something good for my body. Sport helps me feel good in my body and in my mind.


Every workout is a new challenge for my mind, lifting more weight or finishing the routine knowing that I gave 200% of myself, generates a feeling of wellbeing and happiness. There are no limits if you believe in yourself

Gymnastics always helps me to get my thoughts in order. When I've done gymnastics, my head is completely empty again, I feel energetic and I can handle the rest of the week!
