It is important for your health to stay in movement while you are stuck at home in your sweatpants. So be sure to get moving every hour and wake up your muscles! You can keep moving every day of the week with these 7 challenges. Don't know what else to do with your day? Then you can do all of the challenges at the same time. It's up to you!

Backpack squats

If you have done our challenges during the last few weeks, you've already done a lot of squats! Now we are going to make it a more intense. Fill a backpack with some books to add some weight to your squats. Do 30 weighted squats every hour, as heavy as you want. Go For It!

Superman as long as you can

Do you know the superman. It's a great exercise for your core. Just lay down on your belly with stretched arms in front of you. Lift your left arm and right leg at the same time and the other way around. It's almost like you're swimming. On the floor. In your sweatpants. How long can you do this exercise? Try to make improvements in the coming weeks!

Morning meditation

Start your days this week with a short zen moment for yourself. Don't be surprised when you start to enjoy waking up a bit earlier every day to make a relaxed start to your day! Our 'Recharge' audio workout in the Basic-Fit app will help you to relax.

Pistol squats

Ever tried the pistol squat? Put a chair (or couch) behind you and do a squat with only one leg. The other is stretched in front of you. When you touch the chair with your butt, you come up agin. Now you're thinking 'what's the challenge?'. Well, to do it without a chair! It's possible, really. Keep practising!

Call = Wallsit

Do you have a lot calls in this sweatpants period? Great, those calls can make you stronger. Well, if you do a wallsit everytime you're on the phone! We know, it's impossible to stay in that position all the time when you're friend is telling you the long version of everything she did at home last week, but challenge yourself!

100 burpees

This challenge sounds like hell. But it will make you feel goood! Burpees are a good way to train your full body, so embrace this exercise like it's your lover 🧡 And nobody says you have to do all 100 burpees at the same time... Really, you can do this! Train yourself so you CAN do 100 burpees at the same time in a couple of weeks 💪

Tea cup challenge

Did you know a tea cup can get really heavy? So heavy you can't hold it anymore? We challenge you to hold a tea cup with water in each hand, spread your arms wide and make little circles with stretched arms. Make sure the water stays in your tea cups 😊 How long can you do this?!
