If you experience physical complaints during the workouts, such as dizziness, breathlessness, or discomfort and/or pain, take a break or stop the workout. If you feel dizzy or nauseous while laying on your back, lie down on your left side until you feel better. It is recommended to start all movements slowly and in a small range of motion.
