What is Body Pump?
Body Pump is a targeted workout in which you use weights to train all major muscle groups. At Body Pump you train with a barbell and loose weights. This provides more stability in your body. The right music helps you to make yourself stronger and fitter as you tone and sculpt your body with every repetition.
Live group classes
The live Body Pump classes are taught by certified instructors. You will get the guidance you need and be very motivated to give that extra push. The music will making “pumping iron” as easy as - one, two, three - repeat -.
Warm-up
You start with a warm-up, in which you practice the movements and warm up your muscles. Then comes the real thing. Perseverance is all that matters. Push your limits and bite through the pain. Do not forget that you are training for yourself, listen to your body and give everything you can! At the end of the class, we do abdominal muscle exercises and catch our breath whilst cooling down.

It also has many advantages for everyday life. You can continue daily activities longer and move more easily.
