XCORE is a highly functional workout that builds strength in your stomach, back, legs and arms using the XCO-trainer device. This aluminum tube is filled with grit that moves back and forth as you follow along with your instructor’s movements. This helps stimulate all your muscles in multiple directions as you push and pull to balance the device.
