1 YEAR OF YANGA SUBSCRIPTION
As a participant in this Giveaway, you are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. To be eligible to win this Giveaway you must (i) be over 18 years old and (ii) have an Instagram account.
1.2. Employees of Basic-Fit or any of its subsidiary companies, and anyone connected with the operation of this Giveaway, are not eligible to take part in the Giveaway.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
2.1. To participants in the giveaway you must: (i) like the contest post on the Instagram page (ii) follow the account of Basic-Fit on Instagram (any of the official accounts of the countries where we are present, these are: @basicfitnl, @basicfit_be, @basicfitlux, @basicfitfr, @basicfites, @basicfitde), (iii) follow the account of @yangasportswater on Instagram, (iv) tag a friend in the comments of the contest post and comment your favourite Yanga flavour (if you have already tried it) -each comment which tags a friend will qualify As one entry. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted, only those submitted via the official method of entry are eligible.
2.2. Entries to participate in the Giveaway will be accepted starting on the 15th of March, 2024 and ending on the 19th of March 2024, at 12:00 (CET).
2.3. The winners will be announced on the 19th of March, 2024.
2.4. One (1) winner for each of the participating countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Spain and Germany) will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and announced on the 19th of March, 2024 via a direct message to the Instagram account they used to enter the Giveaway.
2.5. The winners will be announced in a story on the Instagram account of each participating country. In this story, winners will be invited to send a private message to our account to claim their prize.
3. THE PRICE
3.1. The prize is a 1-year Yanga membership.
3.2. There will be one prize for each country in which Basic-Fit is currently present.
These are: the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain and Germany.
3.3. By participating in this Giveaway, participants understand and agree that the prize can only be enjoyed at Basic-Fit clubs using a Basic-Fit membership. Winners can enjoy their Yanga subscription with their current Basic-Fit membership or they can become a new Basic-Fit member and add the prize to their membership. Winners will be responsible for their own Basic-Fit subscription fee.
3.4. Once the winner has reached out to Basic-Fit and provided the required data, the prize will be added on their Basic-Fit subscription.
3.5. The prize is non-transferable and no cash refundable.
3.6. By entering in this you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.
3.7. By becoming a Basic-Fit member, you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
4. RIGHTS OF BASIC-FIT
4.1. Basic-Fit has the final decision to qualify an entry as a eligible entry to participate in this Giveaway based on the above criteria.
4.2. Basic-Fit reserves the right to delete any submissions that are rude, defamatory, insulting, inappropriate, racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate.
4.3. Basic-Fit reserves the right to cancel the prize to any person who uses it in an abusive manner, breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or violates any law or regulation.
4.4. Basic-Fit is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any change in the prize made by Yanga, including, but not limited to, change or discontinuance of flavors, change in taste, or any other alteration of the product.
4.5. The winners may be required to provide proof of identity and any documentation as reasonably required to validate their eligibility to claim the prize and their proof of age. If a winner is found to be ineligible, or does not respond to Basic-Fit’s notification of winning or provide any information requested within such notification of winning to receive the prize, Basic-Fit reserves the right to require the return of the prize and to award the prize to an alternative eligible entrant through a further random prize draw of all other eligible entrants.
4.6. Basic-Fit will use the personal details supplied for the Giveaway and for no other purpose. This information may be shared with Basic-Fit’s agents and affiliates, such as where it is necessary in order to conduct the Giveaway, including for the prize to be delivered to the winners. 4.7. By entering this Giveaway, entrants confirm that any third parties they tag in the content post on Instagram have provided their consent for being tagged in such post for the purposes of this Giveaway.
4.8. If for any reason any aspect of this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Basic-Fit may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway or the prize, or invalidate any affected submissions. Basic-Fit shall use all reasonable endeavours to notify the winners of any change of plans.
4.9. This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by laws of The Netherlands and the courts of Amsterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with them.
