Only members that have a yearly contract with a 4-weekly or monthly payment are entitled to participate to this referral program. Members with a Flex- or Prepaid membership cannot refer a friend.
You will receive the reward after the referred friend has subscribed for a yearly contract, has made the first payment and maintained the membership for at least 20 days.
If you didn’t receive the reward after this period, your request did not meet all of the requirements. The status of your referral can be checked in the Basic-Fit app via the banner on the home page.
