Are you ready for a physical and mental challenge? Then this is your chance! STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT makes you stronger and fitter within 45 minutes! You follow this individual training in a group under the supervision of a certified instructor OR alone with the help of the app. Uncomfortable with weights? Don't be. You do everything at your own pace and choose how much you lift. The program contains 12 workouts with a different structure and training goal each week.

For the best results, follow a STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT training two to three times a week. Are you already an experienced strength athlete? Then STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT provides more variation in your training schedule, better technique and a nice addition to your regular routine.
Every workout has the same structure:
- Warm-up
- Deadlifts: progressive sets
- Squats: Progressive sets
- Push Pull: Supersets
- Con-Sets
- Cooldown

STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT workouts are taught by certified instructors. This is not a group class but an individual workout in a group. You train under supervision but you determine the weights and the number of repetitions per exercise. By training individually in a group you will get the best out of yourself and you will not only be motivated by the instructor but also by the other members.
