ON-DEMAND ist die Videoplattform für Basic-Fit-Mitglieder*innen, die es dir ermöglicht, an den VIRTUAL-Kursen teilzunehmen, wann und wo du möchtest. Du kannst die Kurse über die Videoplattform unter Mein Basic-Fit oder über die Basic-Fit-App verfolgen.

ON-DEMAND sind coole VIRTUAL-Gruppenkurse, an denen du zu Hause oder unterwegs teilnehmen kannst. Wir bieten 11 unterschiedliche Kurse wie Box, Bootcamp, Yoga und Booty an. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei! Das Tolle an diesen On-Demand-Kursen ist, dass nicht nur die neuesten Kurse verfügbar sind, sondern auch alle vorherigen Kurse sind auf der Plattform zu finden. So kannst du aus über 100 Kursen wählen und alle 3 Monate werden neue Kurse hinzugefügt! So musst du das gleiche Work-out nicht wieder durchführen.

I jumped, flew and ran all over the house until my parents decided that I should get rid of that energy somewhere else: they sent me to dance class. Then in 2002 I took part in the World Hip Hop Championships with my crew, where we were ranked 13th! Now I am in the gym every day to give group classes, do strength training or practice for... GXR! With GXR I can combine my two great loves: movement and music. It's great! I promise you an energetic Strength workout that works. What more do you want?

My life as a child was coloured by joy and a playful connection with nature. I was really creative and quite active outside. The woods were my home.
Swimming, walking, cycling... At the age of 12 I discovered a passion for skating. My board has not been out of my life since then.

Yoga, skating and surfing are great for my health; they are the food, the fuel that keeps my vitality and well-being on edge. A GXR Yoga class is a chance to grow towards more resilience for joy, health and a well balanced life. The whole picture fits.

Get to know Juvat

As a child I wanted to work for Greenpeace, I saw myself fighting Japanese whalers on one of those boats! It did not work out like that... Something that has always played a major role in my life is sport. Soccer, basketball, pencak silat, muay thai, capoeira and so on. When I was 14 I discovered break dancing, I did that for years. Sports help me not to think about anything at all for a while and to work on myself. It makes me feel better about myself and gives me the energy to do my job better. So I really need it!

I want to motivate people to get the best out of themselves. GXR is perfect for this! If you come to my Barbell class, you will not run out of energy. You will get to know me the way I am; hardworking but with a pleasantly crazy edge.

Get to know Larissa

I have been exercising a lot since my childhood. As a seventeen year old girl, without any teaching experience, I applied for a job at a gym. I was invited for an interview and a week later I was allowed to give my first trial lesson. Now I have a dance training, fitness training, training for vitality coach and a lot of experience.

At least 6 days a week I am ready to provide bootcamp training. In addition to my work as a personal trainer and bootcamp, I also love traveling, sports, food, family, friends, techno and festivals. I also have - all by myself - been able to make a nice trip through Asia for 3.5 months.

Since January 2019 I started giving GXR virtual group lessons at Basic-Fit. First as a sidekick from Larz at the Bootcamp but now also in my own GXR Aerobics class. I like to challenge others and let them go to the extreme!

Get to know Larz

As a five year old child, like almost all the boys in my class, I played soccer. This was something that I combined with dance classes, which I thought was great! When I was 12 years old, I wanted to teach and when I was 15, this dream finally came true. A dream that only grew and became greater. I now teach all over the world and I try to give some of my overdose of energy to people. This works out brilliantly, even if I say so myself. GXR perfectly fits in with my passion to make people move and keep them fit. What is the great thing about GXR Bootcamp? A super cool 30-minute workout to the coolest beats. Do you dare to try it?

When I was a kid, I was always swinging on my chair or jumping around. When I was five years old, my mother sent me to ballet classes. I loved it! When I was 17, the teacher asked me if I wanted to run a toddler dance class. The start of my career as a dance teacher! This was followed by modern dance, jazz and urban. I am a curious person and I always want to try out new things... At GXR, you do not just come for the workout, you come for the experience. Latin Dance is the party you do not want to miss!

I come from a "restless" environment in which I was looking for where I belonged. I had a very difficult time at school and it didn't all happen by itself. Sport has been a big outlet for me, I was very good at it and I felt appreciated. It has given me confidence and perseverance.
When I came to the boxing gym as a 13-year-old boy and bumped into boys aged 18 and over, I realized that this would be something I would like to do. Boxing became my calling!
I think it is fantastic to get others to work out and I notice that sport gives people a release, purely because I know what exercise has done for me. I show them that they too can make it through setbacks.
My GXR Box classes are easy to follow and apart from the boxing techniques you learn there, they are also great strength and cardio workouts!

Get to know Ronny

Play inside? No way! Racing with the bike and playing soccer for hours on the nearby square – that’s what made me happy as a child. I never really knew what I wanted to be when I grew up, until I was able to turn my hobby into my profession after my fitness training. I enjoy making others feel better through my classes. So yes, how cool is it that people all over the Netherlands and Belgium can follow my GXR Abs & Core class?! A 20-minute workout for your core, the centre of your body that everything revolves around. Are you game?

Get to know Rowen

As long as I can remember I have engaged in intense physical training, especially as a dancer for. In 2011 I graduated from the Institute For Performing Arts in Amsterdam, after which I toured Europe and South America for several years as a singer and dancer. When I broke my hip during a car accident in 2014, for the first time in my life, I was unable to train for months. The rehabilitation did something special to me and has changed my outlook on training. I have since focused on how I feel, not how I look.
This is my priority – not only when I train myself, but also during my classes; respecting and appreciating your body and enjoying the growth and progression. "A strong body equals a strong mind". In GXR Cycle class, you will push yourself with me for 40 minutes: mind at zero and exploring your boundaries, conditionally but also mentally. And during the GXR Booty Workout we focus on the buttocks and legs: the most intense burn you will ever experience, but I will drag you through it! Just do it.

As a child, I was always active. I tried every sport, from swimming and gymnastics to soccer and the circus school, but I never found something I could really get into. Moving was totally my thing, but in what form?
When I was 16 my parents allowed me to get a subscription at the gym and I was completely sold: the combination of cardio and power was great. Especially being able to do it yourself. From HIIT workout, to heavy power training, I used every corner of the gym. After I graduated from the University of the Arts and started working as a producer at a large TV company, I did not have time for the gym anymore. I was just working, and in the evening I was dropping limply onto the couch. This was not what I wanted, I missed the way I felt at the gym and did not feel like myself at all. I decided to get out of bed earlier to exercise first and only then to do all my other work. I laughed at myself at the thought... getting up early?!?!! Five years on, I can say: It has changed my life. Tough workouts in the morning have brought me back to what I am: an energetic morning freak! Follow my GXR XCore class!
